WHY MAY I NEED A COACH?
Why not? Of course it looks expensive, but there is a steep learning curve in running steep trails. An individual coaching is cut to your skills and needs. We consider your situation regarding job and family and know how to get the best out of your limited time.
WHICH PLAN BEST SUITS MY NEEDS?
The kick-off is basically a testing phase for you. Are you happy with a structured training? Do you realize you’re more of the lonely survivor or can you absorb the benefit of background info, feedback and tips to improve as a runner?
Using the monthly plans you will virtually have the coach on your side. You’ll learn a bunch about endurance training, get regular feedback and can discuss scratchy toppings with your coach. If you prioritize for maximum output we recommend the premium package. With the personal 1:1 meetings we can plan race strategy and further improve details.

Kick-Off Coaching
Speed, Endurance, Power- Kick-off meeting via video session
- Training plan over 8 weeks – individually after the meeting, but few adaptions on the go
